My favorite workout is cardio kickboxing-- it's the perfect combo of cardio and choreography!
I love to make "healthified" deserts, mixed veggie dishes and healthy and creative flatbread pizzas!
I'm not a picky person but I hate celery unless it's dipped in something. Also, no thanks on tofu!
