I'm a good trainer for someone who wants a companion and teammate who is fully invested in them. I believe in small incremental changes over time that lead to stronger long-term success.
My default go-to workout is a total body dumbbell workout. With just a set of dumbbells and a bench!
Eggs, Tuna, Peanut Butter w/baby carrots, Almonds, Bananas, Oats, and a variety of protein bars.
Anything that spoils quickly, I like to have my meals pre-made and packaged for the week.
