I decided to earn my certification after working out for years on my own. I continue my education and certification every chance that I have, so I can continue having the best information to help my clients and I both succeed. I personally enjoy listening to rock music or country music when I workout.
Within the last year, I have challenged myself to run more and I have run 2 marathons this year.
