My background

I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from chronic pain patients to athletes. I am a NSCA certified strength & conditioning specialist and NASM certified nutrition coach.

I loveee greek yogurt with berries and granola. I also like a good stir fry.

I don’t like most salads and hate cauliflower..unless it’s buffalo wing style.
