After being around fitness for a majority of my life, I have come to realize a few things, people usually stop training by themselves due to no accountability, people seek out trainers because they got hurt, and people leave trainers because they get bored. So my philosophy is to keep my clients accountable, teach proper form, and always have fun! Do all 3 and you will certainly reach your goals!

I used to exclusively train golfers but I am terrible at golf!
