My Mission

I started off working out when I was 12 years old because I wanted to be big and strong since I had dreams of being a professional athlete. I’ve played many competitive sports and continue to train for and compete in Olympic weightlifting today. Often times now I find my physical abilities needed on the few acres I have and mange for growing food, doing yard work with manual tools, and other tasks that come with being out far from most of civilization. The fact that I could physically change and improve my body and health has always fascinated and seemed like a no brainer for me to pursue. Stronger and healthier people are happier, more resilient, and spend less time and money being sick or fixing their health. I never saw the point in being wealthy or rich while being unhealthy physically. I hope to use the personal lessons I’ve learned in my 2+ decade journey in sports and fitness to teach others how to be healthy and happy without the use of performance enhancing drugs.

Because paying for training ensures commitment. Also not all free information online is accurate, safe and is often biased for a specific purpose. In addition, much of the free information online can come from sources with dubious backgrounds, some of which might be from people peddling unnatural results due to performance enhancing drug use or other undisclosed methods. If the “free” information online was so valuable, then why is there still a health and obesity crisis to this day?

My go-to workout

For me personally, I enjoy several compound lifts working up to heavy triples or singles.

Healthy food I love

Anything I can grow myself in my garden or from wild trees, bushes and weeds on my property.

Healthy food I hate

I honestly have a survival mindset so if it’s healthy, I don’t hate it haha.
