A client should train with me because if they have a condition that makes it harder to navigate exercising, I can help them work out in a safe way. For instance, I am very aware of what movements to avoid to ensure small injuries do not occur. I also understand how increasing weight and repetition slowly create improvements, which can have truly life changing effects.
My go-to exercises are always pushups, sit-ups and squats. Nothing beats these original workouts!
